MATHS @ OAKPARK
- At Oak Park School, academic discipline is balanced with creative and reflective thinking. Everybody at Oak Park acquires a solid foundation of learning in the core curriculum subjects of English, Maths and Social Studies.
- Classes in Maths and English are broken into smaller groups to allow for targeted individual teaching.
- A specialist teaching system is operated throughout the school in the subjects of Science, Music, Physical Education, Religious Education, Spanish, Art, Craft Design Technology, Digital Design and Drama.
- This system enables that everybody to be taught by expert teachers in their fields who are passionate about their subject.

SCIENCE @ OAKPARK
- Foster student curiosity and encourage a desire to explore, ask questions, and speculate about the world around them.
- Develop a deep understanding of living things, the Earth and its place in the universe, and the physical and chemical processes that explain the behaviour of all material things.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION @ OAKPARK
- The Oak Park Primary School Physical Education program is aligned with the national curriculum and provides the basis for developing knowledge, understanding and skills for students to lead healthy, safe and active lives.
- In the early years there is focus on movement fun and activity with the goal of getting all our students to a high level of competency when performing the Fundamental Motor Skills.
- In the middle years students use and further develop their skills in game situations. They refine skill and performance and begin to use strategic thinking and strategies to enhance performance
